How do I make a purchase?
To place an order with Noxve, simply browse our collection and select the items you’d like to purchase. Choose your size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” You’ll be guided through the process of entering your shipping details, selecting a delivery option, and completing payment securely. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking information.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, item details, and payment summary. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at Support@noxve.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes are not always possible once an order is placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@noxve.com with your order number and the correct details. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — at the moment, Noxve ships only within Canada. However, we’re working hard to expand our shipping options and plan to offer international delivery in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

When will my order be shipped?
We typically fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order is processed, it is shipped out immediately. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
